After a-year-long improvement on management and quality assurance system, the API (Apexworks Precision Industrial Co., Ltd.) was successful to get the certification of ISO 9000:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2008. The approved quality assurance system helps us to fulfill any of the customers’ critical requirements. The international quality certification also helps us step into auto supply chain easily.
In addition, the ISO/TS regulation together with ERP (the enterprise resource planning ) system let us manage internal and external resources more efficiently. A new customer-oriented service concept, as a result, becomes truly possible in our business field.
